Azerbaijan, backed by Turkey have launched a military aggression against Artsakh and its civilian population during a global pandemic on 27/9/2020.
Despite the UN’s calls for all parties at war and in conflict around the globe to observe an unconditional ceasefire in order to fight COVID-19, Azerbaijan and Turkey remain unabated in their attacks against civilian settlements, causing a number of casualties, including children.
Azerbaijan and Turkey have not only shown a flagrant disregard towards a humanitarian call by the UN. Turkey specifically, has recruited, funded and deployed over 4000 Syrian and Libyan mercenaries in the Caucasus region in order to fight against Artsakh and Armenia.
The Armenian nation is today fighting terrorism, dictatorship and a global pandemic.
